the weight of waiting

My trip to Korea was decided in February, which feels like a lifetime ago, but in fact was only four months ago. I’m at the halfway point of the gestation of preparing and waiting for my departure/return to Korea, and I’m at a bit of a loss today on how to feel about it. English is completely failing me.
